What do I have to do to dry in this room?

Hello RIUers and fellow growers! So I am finishing up on my first run and I need some help on my drying area. I have a spare bathroom that isnt being used and I figured the would be my best available option. Of course I am concerned with doing this correctly....however Im also quite concerned with keeping the smell to a minimum. Here are some pics of the bathroom20160119_175517.jpg 20160119_175519.jpg 20160119_175527.jpg 20160119_175535.jpg 20160119_175541.jpg

I figure I can put a humidifier in there( I live in Colorado where its very dry) and put a 6 inch inline fan(on low setting) in the ceiling. Maybe also a small oscillating fan in there somewhere on low and not blowing directly on my bud. My attic is up there and I am trying to figure out the best way to vent from there. I have one of those carbon filters for furnaces and i was planning on putting it on the other side of the fan. Not sure if it will cover smell but im really broke at this point and dont know what other cheap options I have to contain smell. I figure my house heating will keep the room between 65-75 depending on what outside weather is like. Does this all sound like a good idea? 1st run so of course I nervous Im going to fudge this up. Any help, ideas, or criticisms are welcomed. My main concerns are is this a smart plan and how can I keep my whole block from smelling like GG4 and Triangle Kush! Peace and Thanx

Hang some line from wall to wall, get an oscilating fan, make sure humidity isn't above 60%. Shouldn't smell too bad when curing I find the worst smell is in the during flower.

hmm ive always found opposite.
either way the trim is the real killer, no question
i like it to take 10-14 days to dry. if it starts to smell like hay its going anaerobic, you need air flow

i got a mex sour that will have you crying and nose sniffling, garlicky berry sour goodness. my ex wife thought i was making garlic bread, could smell it as soon as she stepped out the car.

Does your bathroom have a bathroom exhaust fan, the ones in most bathrooms are ceiling mounted to remove moisture from air after shower or bath.
