I just went poopy. ...it was difficult.


Also shoveled the driveway and went to the gym

At the park behind the house with my daughter for the next 30 min.. Then it will be dark..

Trimmed an apple persimmon tree, a soft pear tree and an overgrown grapevine. Saved some cuttings from the two fruit trees. Going to see how good my homemade cloner really works.

Oh, and came to work. If it wasn't for work, I would never have time to surf RIU.

I swam for 30 minutes at 6:00am.

I trained 3 clients.

I led a 1-hour Yoga class.

I led a 1-hour Yoga session for 4 private clients.

I came home and got high.

I cooked turkey burgers.

I ate turkey burgers.

I'm tired.

Today was my cleaning lady day, so I did all sorts of per-cleaning lady cleaning. I listened to the 2-28-69 Fillmore West Grateful Dead show until she got there. She is more of a George Jones kind of woman, so I clicked over to one of SXM's county channels.

Yesterday a f'd things up with a poor coice of words. Today I finished installing the trim around the microwave we got like 6 months ago.

Pulled a coulmple hoiooes. One a friends dauggter
Passin out baaars, 3 to her fatger
(walkin round the club fuck everybody)
Walkin wit a gangster lean . anortin white rollin certified, disoensary green. Wit a girl stayim on her knees tryna keep my dic clean.

I did the poor choice of words thing last night. Went from having a great time with the wife to not good at all in seconds. Crazy thing was it was all over a leftover Sub on a Club from Firehouse Subs.

And I need to replace our built in microwave. I bought a cheapo for the time being as they didn't have the one to match the stove. I'll probably still be using it this time next year.
