Milwaukee cordless weed wacker, the one that accepts other attachments too, with a 6Ah battery/charger and line 222 tax inc. On line, delivered to Home Depot.
Almost seems too cheap.....

My wife was at a house sale today and bought me a " Tensor " lamp for 2$ . It's from the 60's and 70's. I had one in college.....I love this f'ing light ! It throws nice concentrated lighting. I've always preferred a dark room and a light like this . I think
It helps focus on subjects....reading , writing . The " Tensor " was and is once again,
a great f'ing light ( you stoners must think I'm crazy, making a big whoop over a
light ) ! I can't help it , it's a love-thing !

Blast from the past! I remember those

Headed to town for a can of mass air flow sensor cleaner, to finish tuning up my truck. When's the last time you guys cleaned your vehicles MAF? Who knows what else I'll come back with too, lol :-)
I smogged her in April so then. I also cleaned her EGR down to the pintle. When was the last time you cleaned your truck's EGR?

What EGR? haha J/K.. I got a new gasket for that too, so probably crack it open by the end of the day now that you reminded me.

The other day I super glued a bic pen to a can or carb/choke cleaner, and hooked it directly to the fuel line/rail, when I was changing the fuel filter. Pulled the fuel pump fuse, and started the truck up and ran till the can was empty. It def cleaned them out, and runs so smooth now!

Got pissed off sitting around doing nothing with my golden years when I should be out fishing so shopped around on Marketplace etc until I found a boat. Drove down to Edmonton to get a 12' aluminum boat with an old Johnson 9.9, a set of oars and two nice clamp-on fishing seats with backs. From another guy got a 50lb thrust trolling motor. He even tossed in a 26" handle extension as I was leaving and those are almost $100 retail so nice of him.

Off to shop for a deep cycle battery and a bunch of other goodies then drove right back dodging wildfire blockades here and there until I finally made it home almost 24 hours after I left. Ended up driving about 250 miles more than I would have if the direct route home wasn't closed to fire. Everything is still sitting in/on my trailer as it's too smokey out there to go play with my new toy. :(

I wanna go fishing!

Even worse today I think. Would be a bright sunny day if it weren't for the smoke.

Rain forecast for the next couple of days starting this afternoon but it's masses of thunderheads moving thru and not a good solid blanket of rain. Hope they dump on the f'n fires tho the wife's 3000 garlic patch could use a good watering by now. All the plants in the shop need to be planted outside too but they'll have to wait.

Hopefully it clears this week so I can get out with my buddy and do some fishing. Didn't want to go this holiday weekend and being retired I can go during the week when all the wage slaves are hard at work. :)

I bought a bunch of electricity. it's about to jump from 6.2 cents to 9. fug. I'll still have to keep buying it though. outside is treacherous between the insect population and the neighbors kids it's a crap shoot what I can get out there. Extremely Harsh Environment.
I just did the math on last month's power bill here. 32.4¢/kwh and going up big this summer. 2/3 of my bill is add-on charges after the cost of the actual power. :(
