There could be a few problems and here's what I think could be...

1 - To much or not enough water.
2 - Over or under feeding
3 - PH Problems
4 - Some kind of fungi or other type of virus
5 - To hot or to cold
6 - Some thing is wrong with the water your using

I would start with a proper flush with water PHed to the correct level and no nutes added. It can take 2 or 3 proper PHed flushes to get the soil to balance. If you don't have one yet then pick your self up a Digital PH pen. Those test strips and drop kind of ph testers aren't the best to use. When you do a feed do a weak kind with 20-20-20 that has micro minerals and such.

I'd guess it's the mental deficiency that prevents you from posting in the right section...
Hahaha I have that deficiency as well! But your plants looked like my greenhouse before I started using cal mag in it are the ends of the fruit dying at the bottom like a black dead spot. If so add cal mag and see if it helps maybe a well balanced nutrient will help it does look hungry as well.

Heres a sick bhut jolokia of mine. i have no idea whats going on with it! Can anyone chime in...

What are you feeding it?
I have something similar going on with my Habaneros.
I am in MG soil, and give MG nutes along with Molasses, like I do my other plants, and the Habaneros are doing this, but the Jalapenos I put in last year did fine.
**NOTE** Beans, and tomatos did fine with the same feed/soil.
