yeah RR you want to know whats wrong with the government? they allow billionaires to walk away without contributing a cent to the pot..that's what's wrong.

I thought about it more, this question is hard. There are a lot of factors unknown. Imo, something like commission or profit sharing is ideal. A system that directly ties the success of the business, with the size of the paycheck an employee will earn. I say this because I do believe people should make a good living, but I don't think it has to be do the detriment of profits.

No, what's wrong with the coercive government is it arises from coercion and uses coercion as a means.

Coercive means are bad. It's pretty fucking simple.

Sorry to expose your flailing in the branches at symptoms. Addressing root causes seems to have eluded you.

the root cause for rules and regs? you need to look no further than the people like YOU.

Well, I was thinking about this general kinda thing today while driving to work.

I would want to pay my employees well, but only if I was making a decent profit too, or at least could see it coming in the near future.

I really care about the plight of poor people, minimum wage earners, etc. And I would respect and desire to help my employees. But there's no fucking way in hell that I'm going to go out on a limb and risk my present and future being self-employed mainly to help other people. If I can't see a future of good profit soon, I'm closing that business down and bailing to find gainful employment. My family depends on me doing so.
