what causes this or is it just an unstable f-1

One of my plants looks like it is trying to roll it's self up. I don't think there is a nute def. as I used fox farm ocean soil and have given the plant no other nutes yet, it is 3 weeks old. the other ones in the same soil and light are doing great, they are jock horror from nirvana, can anyone tell me if this is the bad side of an F-1???

i may be new but to mee it looks like it is hot what is the temp of your room cause to me it looks like a wilted piece of lettuce (please excuse the comparison) how is your humidity?

sorry shold have included vitals lights on 82 lights off 74 degrees. Humidity at 50% cooled 400w HPS 27" away

Its maybe genetic in that seed, and that seed mother, so dont worry, and maybe in that point in your space are heat more than other area in your spaces..
i got jocks from nirvana and i have a troubles, but my troubles cases overwaterin my mistake and axident sprout.
