What can I use instead of Inkbird that has day and night settings?

Hey everyone, i'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a better temperature/humidity controller that I can use to manage cooling and humidifying within my 10x5 grow tent.

Currently I use an Inkbird connected to a Vornado EVAP40 and a portable AC unit to do the job and it works but lacks in a few areas:

1) No wifi / no app for the dual controller for some reason.
2) No automation of day/night - I have to manually change everything every morning and night and sometimes I forget or slack.
3) Precision: Inkbird gets pretty close but id like to be able to turn on/off the AC using more precise measurements than 1 degree - I can't automatically have my AC turn on at 80.5 degrees for instance - its either 80 or 81.

Can anyone recommend something that works well and addresses these concerns? Wifi isn't a deal breaker if the thing works the way I want it to without ever having to touch it, I guess precision under 1 degree would be more of a 'nice to have' feature too, but the automation of day and night is the crucial need :)

only downside its for 10A
if that is not good for you then you can program an arduino or a raspberry with a tiny relay you can go 0,001 depending on the temp sensor you buy
