It is safe.Spinosad is one of the pesticides have been screening for. I know it was a disqualifier in the emerald cup. I prefer to use it only if I'm having an outbreak of thrips, it is not effective on all insects so I don't use it regularly. Neem or enzymes are my go to.

Spinosad fall in the safest category for pesticides. It is safe to most beneficial insects.
