What bug is this?

Can anyone identify this bug. I noticed a couple little flying bugs in my tent today. One died in this water cup...



Also, what does it mean again when leaves are cupping up?

a whitefly maybe. and underwatering or to much heat can do that, what kind if temps do you have?

My tent is at about 82 and yes I am buying nutrients today so its been 4 days since I've watered. I will buy ventilation stuff today as well. I can't believe how much heat this 8 bulb VHO florescent puts off. So are white fly's bad? Will they give me problems or are they just hanging out on the plants? Thanks for the reply.

EDIT: I just looked at white fly pics online...its not a white fly.

Get a sticky strip or 2 put them in there ,get thouse temps down a bit , it will slow thouse bugs down !

Looks like a variation of a fruit fly aka fungus gnat.
