What are you guys using for outdoor fertilizers?

For an outdoor grow or guerilla grow I would use synthetic time released frets. To me the only place for organic notes is in your backyard, they are definatly not for indoor use on a plant that will flower for 70 days or less,I've grown organic and synthetic outdoors and the synthetic beats it every time, defiantly in the yield department, and no I do not think that u can taste the fertizer in the plants because I never noticed it,so for me it's the same quality with better yields. It takes time for the soil life to break down the organic nutes to where the plant can uptake the NPk,where as with synthetics the food is immediately available to the plants. Another big reason to stay away from the organics are that the animals will certainly try to dig up your plants looking for food and carrying in all of those heavy bags of organic nutrients will also leave a trail to your plots, but that's just me. I know I'm going to get slammed for this statement but it is what works for mean and friends of mine, by the way, plants only take up the NPk and trace elements that the fertilizer provides, they have no idea wether it is organic or inorganic, don't get caught up on organic growing those are just old hippie wise tales,,and are people in legal med states where they can tend they're plants daily
I have had my plants dug up three times this year by a skunk thinking my organic soil mix was his dinner. It's really messed up considering all the time and energy and the fact the plants were 6 weeks old (autos).....I tried to replant them each time but the days I've lost to shock is adding up. All Mg soil for me 100% from here on out F%$k the bullshit.....

i had all the stinky shit last year including fish emulsion and meals. mix your soil good enough and put a good few inches about with regular soil and you wont have a problem. didnt have any last year.
So you can say conclusively, after using the "stinky shit" one season, he "won't have a problem"?

My experience, over many seasons of growing, is it can very easily lead to mammal problems.

Well u may have posted this today, but this is just my opinion from past experiences, also what it is doing to the environment is no different than what any vegetable farmer does, because we are not getting organic vegetables or fruits from them unless u pay three times the price for something that has no benefit to us,a few months ago on the news, wish I remember what station it was,but the just basically said organic foods are no better or worse for u than non organic foods,so my opinion is it is a waste
and you are right to state your opinion as you should, thats what this websites composed of, varying opinions. Theres no right or wrong, and theres no point to agrue against the subject because its personal preference

@brimck: I'm not lazy at all work construction full time and have a family,no time to carry tons of bags of organic nutrients to deal with 60+ plants, when I can just drop some chem ferts around the plants and they start working immediately not like the organics that take time to break down,I've grown organic and the results were nothing compared to how the chem's work. I'm in a non med state,it's not safe hanging around in fields especially since my outdoor spot is in upstate ny 1hourand 15 minutes from my home in NYC,so I guess I'm lazy

I'm a newbie and after some research and trial and error it seems that a mix of urine, milk, and epsom salt works wonders. All of which are mixed with a good amount of faucet water, after being left out for a day or two.
1 part urine
1 part milk
1 part epsom salt
10 parts water

Seems to work for me

when i heard that I laughed. Of course theyre gonna say that, most farms and places growing large amounts of food, arent organic, and its no wonder that when everyone gets on the organic craze(and the chemically grown and treated food co's lose business, and money) that this study comes out "Oh organic is no better". if i remember right the study stated niether one was better as far as nutritional value, i.e. both organic, or inorganic still provide the same essential nutrients, But that shouldnt be all that is taken into account when trying to find out which is better. This, like many other "studies" failed to explore and examine all the variables, and shouldnt be stated as concrete.

I need to buy some fertilizers online right now. Any suggestions? Im not going to be able to see my plant very much so any techniques would be much appreciated.
I was in the Navy back in the 70s and served with my cousin who was so skinny the soul Brothers called him that.
When I checked onboard the first time this Blackman said You must be Chicken Wing's cousin I asked him why he called him that and he said, Have you ever seen how much meats on a chicken wing?? My cousin weighed in at 110 lbs..
Any way thought I'd share...:)
