What are these growing on the nodes? Are they flowers or something else ?

Look like flower sites to me (last one has the makings of pistols) keep an eye in case they turn to sacs but think your good.

Yea she’s already going.. just wanted to know if this is normal growth or a issue that’s causing it.

It just look like swollen calyxs to me. I wouldn't worry at all. She still needs a few weeks or so, but you're doing good. Nice job man.
