What are these little creatures

I found these today sitting on one of my buds. I have about 2-3 weeks left before harvest so I'm told. What are these little caterpillar creatures and what should I do. They were dead when I found them. How did they get in door ?

Were they in the soil? Bud worm maybe hard to tell. Any more of them?

No not in soil dead and dry just sitting on a stem near a bud. I didn't see much damage if any to the buds

Looked at girls really hard and didn't see anymore. Should I give them a shoot of neem anyway?

It was bud worms for sure, keep scanning them every so often but if you don't see any more right now i think you are in the clear and shouldn't worry.
