What are these? Help with bug ID PLEASE!

Well, I think I may have mites, but I'm not sure what type or if they are even mites or another bug, so if anyone can help me ID these things, i'd truly appreciate it. Thanks!

It’s either MOULD MITES or looks like it’s some Hypoaspis Miles.

both of which are not detrimental to a grow and are beneficial in some aspects.

mould mites feed on mould and Hypoaspis Miles feed in mould and things like springtails, thrips larvae.

its a good sign that your growing medium is healthy and as jondamon stated, they do no harm, but can get into large numbers as im led to believe

How sure are you that they are beneficial predatory mites? Once im positive on what they are I'll feel much better, but its hard to identify a bug so small without the proper magnification
