What are these bugs?

I found these in a tray I had under my plants. These plants had been outside but moved inside because to much rain. Makes the 2nd time I've seen these in an outdoor plant grown in a bucket. The 1st time they were just below the surface of the soil. What kind of insect is it and does it do any harm to my autoflowers? Thanks in advance for the comments.

Pretty sure those are termites. They will feed on roots so yes they are detrimental to your plant and your home or anything wood.
