The only problem I can properly diagnose is the lack of grow details.
Let us know what you have going on (light, setting and distance, medium, watering, nutes, schedule, temp and RH, etc.).
Some overall pictures of the plants as well as the close ups of problems would help. Also talk a little bit about what you're seeing and what you think might be going on.
