What are the highest quality dabbing carvers?

I have heard that some cheap dental tools are toxic. I was wondering about titanium options, but everything seems to be stainless steel.

I'm looking for a nice 4 -piece wax carver set...something that can scrape out bubble hash and then shovel it onto the nail.

I use dental tools that are made in USA (California) and work flawless. There are ti ones but expect to pay decent money for it. Happy Daddy.

Surgical steel. That stainless ones discolor when i use them. Surgical steel has not.
