what are the criteria for a safe rental

We are looking for a place. How can I find absanty landlord situation?????????????

Please give me some advice,

you'll never know until you start living there.
Or you can just ask right off the bat "Hey i wanna grow in your house, ill cut u in" you'll get a yes or a no, if no then move on

Look for a land lord that lives out of state.. Or ask some people who rents from a management company the details of "How they MANAGE"...

Many management companies will never come around as long as you pay your rent.

Ive lived in my rental for over a year without one visit from the landlord cept he came once while I was having a party and the neihbors complained he never came in the house though.

or get a condo. you wont have to fuck with a landlord.
