What are prices like in Oregon?

wich is fair. 150 is gud. just have to pull at least a pound and a half off each 1k and its gud. used to struglle to pull a pound off each 1k started incorporating different methods into my grows and I have found its not as hard as it sounds

Dude why are you still perpetuating this lie. You think if you OWN the building it is ok with the Laws, and if you dont but maybe have permission that make is illegal, or even if the owner does not know that it is also illegal. Stop giving false info. It is illegal no matter how you look at it. If you asked the owner, and he told you the reason he is still open is because he owns his building. He lied to you.

no not the law but in order to get a business license you have to apply to the county or city.. and im not giving false info.. call voter power for your self..

OK, maybe I am missing something here, and it is just going over my head. What difference does it make what county, or city you are applying for. One would assume you would want to apply for your Dispensary in the county, or city in which you reside. That is not what I am challenging here. It is the fact that you stated if you own your own building than it is not illegal to open a dispensary there.

yep thats what i said.. its also not illegal to own pot paraphernalia. the only time is illegal is when it has been used..

Yup, and this is the misinforation you need to stop spewing. It is illegail in every County, City in Oregon. Whether you own the building or not.

here in Douglas County, OR our dispensary..oops I mean coalition, is not like what you would see in Cali. What I mean by that is in Cali they actually look for problems with the meds, and they won't sell bug and mold infested medicine, as they do here. So be careful, and even if you pay $240, you might want to take a closer look. I would give the Sutherlin, OR coalition two thumbs DOWN.

and prices down in southern oregon for med patients is well ill just say way to high, on the street it can go any where from about
80 an ounce up to 200. it all depends on who you know, and time of season

and yes I know I spelled that wrong.
drug paraphanalia is not legal no matter how you want to look at it. But tobacco products are legal so until you use a tobacco product or devise for cannabis it is legal in Oregon. And you can be a licenced retailer in oregon and sell pipes and papers and other stuff for "tobacco" and be legal.
You can also be a licenced Oregon cannabis referral center and sell medicating devices and still be legal. It's all a matter of wording.
But thats my opinion, or three cents.
Another toke; Don't mind if I doo doo....
