I just had to comment because I use Jack's Classic "Dynamic Duo" with GREAT results. Any old school grower "in the know" can tell you it's a PROFESSIONAL fertilizer.
It dissoves instantly and it also contains micro nutrients. A small plastic tub of 20-20-20 and 10-30-20 cost $5.00 each. A tub lasts for 2 grows!!!... haha.
It seems to me that the first reaction of some people who use the expensive products is to jump up and down and pull their hair out when Jack's Classic is mentioned. All I can say to them is it's really a fine product.
I grow in Pro Mix BX with MYCORISE, a nice soiless mix that costs about 35 dollars for a 4 cubic foot bale.
I veg 16 clones at a time from Dutch seed mothers for one month. They grow in one gallon pots under 16 6500k 26watt cfls with reflectors 24 hours a day. I use 1/4 teaspoon of fertilizer per gallon of water for each feeding. I spray them good everyday with a solution of 1/8 teaspoon per gallon.
After a month I transplant to 3 gallon pots, trim off the lower leaves and top the plants, then it's off to the flowering room.
My flowering room is a 1200 watt set up. It has three 400 watt lights, two hps and one metal halide I also have four 26 watt UVB 10.0 reptile bulbs running 6 hours a day plus a CO2 boost bucket 3 times a day.
When my 16 plants are moved in they go to 12/12 hour cycle. I still feed them 20-20-20 for the first 2 weeks and they don't get sprayed for the rest of the grow. I then switch to the 10-30-20 bloom at the start of week 3 and I feed them at the rate of 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water.
I start to supplement the feeding of the plants at the beginning of week 4 thru the end of week 6 with something sweet like corn syrup, honey or plain sugar water. I flush weeks 7 and 8 with just plain water and molasses.
I harvest and trim those sticky and sugary buds, along with a nice bit of finger hash.
I dry for 5 to7 days and cure with citrus peel for one month and store in flip top glass canning jars.
I've been very satisfied with my plant's health, development, and respectable yields using the above method.
My total cost for fertilizer, supplements and grow medium is $50.00 every six months.
I also use the 10-30-20 Jack's Classic Bloom at a rate of 1/8 teaspoon per gallon of water for soaking rockwool cubes to clone and for transplanting seedlings.
I love Jack's Classic!!!
Thank You
