what about using a tanning bed for lights?

has anyone used a tanning bed for lights? i would love to know how it would work out. i have the opportunity to aquire 3 complete tanning beds.
i'll post some pics later tonight.

lol ive never heard of that but i dont see why it wouldnt work for at least one part of the grow cycle but it would seem that it is very inconvient considering how big a tanning bed is but hey that is just my oppion

well, with the power consumtion in mind. you'd be better off with selling them and getting a bunch of hps systems. I had a tanning salon and i closed it because of excessive power bills... and they were only running like 20 mins at a time max. also it would be like an inferno in ur grow room....

i have a tanning bed i thought of doing this but its mostly uv light so i think it would burn it. but if it did work the tri crystals would be out of control!!!
