Wet trim compared to dry trim

What is the best way to get the best bud. Trimming wet or dry? I get so many different answers. Also can anyone tell me where I can get a big jar or curing bin? I usually have between 5 to 9 lbs when I harvest and the glass jars just want cut that much. Thank you all for any help.

Check out the CV stainless steel cans - I have 10 x 1 gallon containers, seven full and 3 for my next harvest.

I dont like glass - too afraid of breaking it. The CV cans stack great and you can write on them in permanent marker then wash it off with Iso.

Worth the investment.

I think you get slightly more weight dry trimming but wet trimming looks better and is easier. I think you get a more even cure too. I vote wet and second the 5 gal buckets for storage.

Wet cure can be easier but less smell after drying. Lot of posts about lack of smell after dying and almost all of them wet trimmed. 5 gallon buckets with plastic liners for storage.

Ive always wet trim, I dont have the space to hang my plants.

I took a huge step and ordered a Cool Cure from Cannatrol - it looks like a wine cooler fridge but it dries and cures your bud perfectly in 8 days.

Well worth a look.

I wonder how a meat curer would go, way cheaper than Cannatrol, you only need to dial in temp and humidity, actually, I might build a box with some controls on it I don't think it would be that hard to do, heater, humidifier and small exhaust fan with a few sensors, I need to do something as trying to dry naturally here is a pain, 15% during the day, 95% at night.

Some like this maybe

Good one mate thanks, yeah I can't see the money in what they want for a Cannatrol they want 4k+here.

On high volume, just do which is most efficient for you.

Dry trim IMO is better overall bag appeal and easier, but, again, on high volume it just boils down to efficiency. If wet trimming is easier for your operation, do it, you're losing maybe a couple % of bag appeal
