You might have your hands full with the Glue, mine really blow up when they go into flower.
Well with the glue at least I think any troubles will be worth it. The jedi was average smoke, small yield, and was completely bonkers the whole time. Honestly i cant believe they even sell that cut at the dispensary around here. Ill never buy a cut there again. I know more reputable places now anyway. I've read sometimes the glue can really shoot off and I've also read other times it's not so bad. We will see but I think I'll have it more under control this time.

Gettin real close with my first couple marions. Just needing a few days on the older one. Maybe a week on the younger one. They're on days 56 and 62.
I really think leaving only the blues on for the first couple weeks helped keep the stretch down on the next two plants. They're a solid two weeks into 12/12 and you can see how much less the branching shot off on the marion. I do think it has a few more days of stretch though.
I up potted my remaining plants in veg and went ahead and set the timer to 12/12 to give them a head start before they hit the area 51s.

Here's the gorilla glue on the left and the purple marion on the right. About two weeks into 12/12. Lookin much more organized and neat. I'll be happy when I have my closet full of plants like this.

Here's the veg closet which has actually been running at 12/12 since two days ago. We're looking at two of the lime pheno marions in back, the purple marion in front on the right, and the frisco fever in front on the left. I'm really liking the way the frisco vegged out. Interested to see what the stretch is like

Hey guys wondering if anyone can tell me what's going on. It's day 43 of 12/12 for this older marion. It's the same colorful one in the photos above. I've noticed a lot of fading already. More than what I'm used to for week 6. It was also watered only two days before the picture with plenty of moist soil and the yellow leaves look droopy. Does that much fading this early look normal? It started its fade almost a whole week ago. Also in random spots all over the plant there are leaves with crispy tips and usually some discoloration. These are down low and up high on the plant. I found a bunch of them a few days ago and pulled them off. There aren't as many now but more were found today. It wouldn't bother me if this were a week or more from now but this is supposed to go 2 to 3 more weeks and the fading seems like a lot. Maybe it's not though. Any thoughts?

She's just running out of gas. N level is tough to gauge by color in some tents. Looks great she's gonna taste sooo sweet all clean and flushed. I go the last 12- 18 days just molasses and r/0 water and I will never go back to force feeding my ladies at the finish line in the hopes of a gram.

Yea man they are and I hate it. I didn't expect that kind of stretch which is why I kept the next round so short. To answer your question though no I haven't seen any problems at all except that I'm losing coverage. No bleaching or anything

Yea I realized shortly after posting that she was probably just fading. The crispy leaves threw me off...The red in the a51s also really visually brings out the coloring in the fade. I just thought it was a little early. No biggie. And yea she's been getting only water and molasses since around day 49. That gives her more than two weeks to clean up. The trichs are lookin like she'll go til at least day 65, maybe longer.

I always try and remember to turn off the reds for pics but sometimes forget, glue looks healthy but you'll probably need to support her later, most people seem to net her.

Got my stakes ready for the glue. Been thinking about maybe throwin up a net for a later grow but I'd have to adjust some things since I veg and flower in different areas. Gonna get in a few rounds without one first and see how it goes but so far two of my three strains are pretty stretchy and lanky so it seems inevitable. The frisco is full of sativa genetics too so I'm expecting heavy stretch there.
I turned off the Reds for a couple shots that were posted in previous pictures but either way they don't show the true colors in a picture. Honestly it's hard to see a true color unless I take it out of the closet and actually into a different room under regular light.

So I've got both marions trimmed. The first one is jarred and curing. It went 9 and a half weeks. The second one was just trimmed and hung last night after exactly 9 weeks. I was convinced the first, purple pheno was the one I was keeping so I didn't keep the second pheno. Well of course so far the second pheno is the winner but I let a friend hold a few for me just in case. The second one really colored up very nicely in the last week of flower which I didn't expect. It also has zero fluff. Not a lick of anything whispy. All dense, colorful, nice looking nugs. They're not dried yet though so there's still more to see. This is also the plant that stayed shorter and gave me much less hassle. I estimate this one to yield at least 50% more as well. So for the first pheno...the one that turned purple very early...the nugs on this one look great. Good coloring, very very frosty...trichomes fall everywhere and cover everything when you break these up. Also nice and strong and I expect them to get better with more of a cure. The biggest downfall though is that the buds on this one are very brittle and airy feeling and there was a lot of fluff. Now I don't expect to get as much fluff on my next ones because the canopy will be much more even but compared to the other pheno this one seems inferior. Gotta wait for the other one to dry to be sure though.

I had to leave town for a couple nights and while I was gone I got a little slimey shit on the stems of all of my cuts in my cloner. Only three were showing roots. Two gorilla glue and one marion. I immediately moved those into soil and addressed the problem. Everything looked like shit. I lost most of what was in the cloner. The stuff I didn't toss still looks like shit and haven't shown roots. My biggest worry is losing the frisco but I cut some more off of it while it was 6 days in flower. Might just take longer to root but hopefully everything is saved. Worst case I just go buy some clones for my next run while everything roots. I have a couple weeks before I need some plants to be starting to veg. Guess we'll just see what happens.

I ordered another rw-75 today. Would like to get four total before they quit carrying them. The sale price helps. So right now under the a51s I have the gorilla glue, frisco fever, and one of each marion. I left one of each marion also under the lg panel. Not sure if those will stay there for the whole grow or not.

The colors are impossible to capture through photo

Here's the new flower closet. The marion and frisco in the back still have about a week of stretch so you can't see them peeking up yet.

Couple shots of the marion dried. These are with flash to show the colors.

My rw-75 was shipped yesterday and came today. Lookin nice and bright in there. One more and I think I should be maxed out for that area. Actually been day dreaming lately about grabbin a cheap thousand watter and just using the open room! Usually my little ideas like that turn into an itch, and when I have an itch I usually scratch that shit. Soon as the stars align I'm sure it'll happen. Anyway im loving the shape that the frisco is taking. A perfect little circle of branches.

They'll probably stay in these spots for the rest of the grow. It's marionberry 1 on front left, marionberry 2 front right then the gorilla glue back left and frisco back right.

Both marions have really come around after a decent cure. Really liking them a lot. I keep going back and forth on which one I like more. The issue with them being brittle went away with the cure as well. I cut some clones off the marion and frisco, which were 7 days into 12/12, because of the issue with the others...I saw roots after only 6 days. I'm pretty sure I was doing two things wrong with my cloner so now that that's fixed I feel better about the next round. Next round might be a little behind but that's ok. The glue will take longer to root cause it was more like 3 weeks into flower when I took the new cuts.

You can see the frisco fever had a nice delayed stretch. Back right

Here's one of each marion under the TopLed panel. I thought about letting a buddy flower these under an hps but I'm sorta interested in seeing what it can do. I've never taken a plant all the way through flower under this.
image.jpg image.jpg

And wondering if anyone knows what this is and if it's harmful to my garden. It's only in the clone cabinet. Only seen one at a time on a few separate occasions.

The gorilla glue loooves her some calcium. I think I have it somewhat under control finally but it got so bad I was having necrotic fan leaves up high on the plant at only week 4. That was just last week. It's still getting fatter by the day though and stinky stinky. Very excited to get a full run of this going as soon as I can get some cuts to root.

The frisco fever hasn't stopped stretching yet and we're about to hit week 4 for her. Her branches are very strong though. She started throwing nanners a week or so ago. Fucking nanners. I looked it over real good and decided it wasn't too bad so I got some tweezers and plucked all the nanners off. I did this once before on my very first grow. After a week or so the plant just stopped growing them and it turned out to be some dank seedless bud so I'm hoping the same happens here or she's getting chucked. I also need to decide if I want to risk running a whole grow of this strain and having four to six plants to worry about throwing nanners out instead of just one. If the buds are worth it I'll give it a whirl otherwise I'll either pop the beans I have left or move on to another strain.

I finally have all of my next round and some extras in soil and ready for full veg. Next round will be all marionberry. I'm doing my first scrog. I Thought up of an idea for a scrog on wheels so I can still utilize both closets/lights for a perpetual. I looked around a little on the net for something similar but I didn't come across much.

We're at week 5 for the gorilla glue, 5.5 for marionberry1, and week 3.5 for marionberry2 and frisco fever

Here's the whole closet. You can see how much the frisco is still going strong. Back right

Frisco Fever. Week 3 plus

Marionberry 1 week 5 plus

Marionberry 2 week 3 plus. This one I only topped, no tying, and she was a bit smaller than the others when she went into flower.

So it's been a couple weeks. The gorilla glue and marionberry 1 are around 8 weeks and the other four just started their 6th week. I put the next round of marionberry under the net and into the veg closet under the topled. The two plants that were under the topled were very far behind in flower production so I was no longer interested in seeing how they'd finish under that light. I had no problem moving them to a new spot for a week or so until the gg and mb1 finish and open two spots in the flower closet.

I found one single seed in the marionberry2 in my main closet. The frisco fever must've let off a little pollen. I still don't see anymore nanners and it doesn't seem to be bad cause I've only found one seed so I'm gonna go ahead and finish out this frisco fever but I got rid of all the clones. If I really like this smoke then I'll go ahead and pop the couple beans of it that I have left but I can't be worrying about nanners and seeds so it's gone. It seems like a pretty nice plant though. Very dense, long, big nugs especially for its age.

Ive started really looking hard for a new strain to replace this one. I change my mind every week but I really like this banana OG in town so I've been looking hard at banana OG crosses like bubba fresh by NorStar and strawberry banana by dna. I also have plans to soon expand everything. Eventually I'm going to be flowering in both closets instead of one with the portable scrogs and I'll be vegging them in the open room. This will double my flowering space and I'll be able to use a net and keep everything perpetual. I'll also probably use 5 gal pots instead of 3 and only put two plants under each screen to keep plant numbers lower. That will call for a longer veg time. So all I really need to get is a couple lights and I need to make three more portable nets. I hope to have this new system set up and ready to go for my newest round. Money would be the only thing to cause a delay. Guess we'll see.

Anyway on to the fun stuff....

I used a 5k cfl for lighting this time and the colors come out much better! These are much better depictions of how they look in person. This marion doesn't have huge colas but man are they pretty! After the dry and cure they bring a nice soft smell of berries with an insane bag appeal. Bright green with spots of purple and deep deep orange from the large clumps of pistils. I love it. Can't wait to fill the screen with it.

image.jpg image.jpg

Here's a the other marion that I don't plan to run anymore. This one will get a deep purple in the last week.
image.jpg

Here's the frisco fever. She got a bit nitrogen deficient but I slowed that way down. Not as much frost as the others but she's packin on the weight.
image.jpg image.jpg

And the gorilla glue. Even with the cal/mag issues she has some chunky fat nugs. I can't wait to have a full net of her.

what's the mbk taste and smell like? After some cure mine smells and tastes just like the plushberry pink pheno. Lemon, grapefruit, sour, sandle wood. Almost like sex wax ( surfboard wax)

The purple one in the pictures above smells like berries. The only way I can describe it is its a soft Berry smell that is mild while growing but brings its best out after a two week cure. The other pheno, which is excellent but I ultimately got rid of, has a very sharp, citrusy, lemon-lime smell. It's the opposite of the other one in that it puts on all of its bulk in the last week or week and a half. The Berry pheno puts on more of its weight and color earlier on.

Man it's a shame this Frisco fever threw out nanners cuz she is purdy. Biggest, densest nugs in my garden and hasn't stopped getting bigger. I'm most likely going to be sprouting the remaining seeds of this one soon. Still lots of clear trichomes. She just hit 7 weeks so it looks like it'll be a 9 or 10 weeker. Lots of sativa In there

image.jpg image.jpg

A glue and marion were harvested and are curing. So there's 4 more plants coming down in about 2-3 weeks...three more marion and the frisco. Then the net of marion will hit the flower closet. Round after that will probably be a full net of glue and a full net of Marion. Just gotta snag another light

Here's the marion filling out the net

The glue right before harvest. Don't have shots of anything else right now
