So is this section only for trades and no exchanges of money?
Also, what items are allowed? Clones, seeds, equipment? What if we have seeds that we made but do not sell them anywhere else, is that allowed? What about seed packs from other breeders we went to get rid of?

No cured /dried product dont trade straight up cannabis

You're welcome to post equipment ,seeds , your socks , breeder packs etc

If you wanna trade your own seeds you made but you're not a breeder than you're good

creating your own seeds? isn't that what a breeder does?
*sigh* we don’t need make this overly complicated

there are accounts/
People etc here who make seeds for profit as a business they have stock in stores and online stores so they can’t just free advertise here

Look it’s been long day can’t we just enjoy everything new and the work put through in this and not try to make everything overly complicated by doing this

You said breeders cant use this section...for clarification can a breeder be a party to a trade from a non-breeder that posts an offer, or even post a compliment. Clearly im a breeder and will not be 'offering' trades...but if a non-breeder offers a home pollen chuck i like or want...or need...your rules may be interpreted as me breaking the rules if i post in that offer.
Is that actually an issue? Or is it safe to DM the thread poster making the offer and then im not breaking your rules?

It really disappoints me that people just want to cause fights over something people have been requesting me to add to the forum for a while,

Its shit, down right were trying to best by the community and certain people just wanna try to provoke fights and problems. stop

It's a small group of members. I think the majority of us appreciate the new RIU section, whether we choose to use it or not. Not sure why it's such a big deal to those who don't want to trade.

Sadly the small group likes to yell pretty loud it gets tiring when people just purposefully try to provoke fights because they dont want a specific something on the forum so their intent is to ruin it for everyone

People who inject snarky condescending negativity wherever they go are often compensating for some altogether justifiable inferiority complex. Just a thought. See something new, nice or cool. Gotta rip it down before it steals their thunder.

I could be really baked too :eyesmoke:

I was a member of a startup Cannabis site in Canada where the community was pretty good to each other. I sent 3 people I didn't know, except from online interaction and basic vetting principles, samples of my first grow. They reciprocated by sending samples of their own to my house as well. Basic info was exchanged, ie: mailing address, name (or pseudonym), postal code and all was fine. Due diligence and trust go a long way, but there are a number of scumbags to be aware of too. Learning to build a standard relationship consisting of trust is pretty key with these kinds of things. You'd be amazed at the number of generous people out there. It comes down to respect.

Have to mention an RIP to Scott, the owner of the now defunct site. :(
