Weird spotting on entire plant

my plant is about 2 weeks vegetative stage and it's been like this since she started sprouting main leaves. I was thinking maybe it was just a bad seed but decided to post here before I decided on what to do with it. She's been given water ph'd ~6.5 with occasion cal/mag and my growing medium is coco with perlite and Azomite. I really don't want to cut her down but she's growing small. Could she be saved??

You will need to take a photo in daylight/with the light off etc for anyone to be able to see properly

But it looks like spider mites with the blue light on

Also in coco you should be ph`ing closer to 5.8

Oh yeah, I read up on that recently and my last watering was lower (6.1 to be exact) and thank you for your speedy response
