Weird plant, what to do?

Hey,
I have this weird plant which seems to have stopped growth at the top. It is still growing taller but the canopy became sort of like a fan leaf and is not producing new branches. I do not understand why is this happening. Some kind of hybrid weird plant. Should I cut the top off to allow more light for lower branches? Plant is approx 3 weeks old. It was never topped but now looks almost like it did. This is my second grow so any advice would be appreciated

top it, nip top off nearest next leaf down, slow the growth down but you will still have good plant, but with 2 shoots coming straight up

just seen leaf burn ha ha, on wk5 of bloom cycle so upped the nutes maybe tad to much, water for next few feeds sort that out, its always a game always something going on, but i love it the anticipation of the expectation of the buds coming out is thrilling love it

Just let it keep growing, or cut the top leaf if you want, it will probably fall off eventually anyhow. I just had one do the same thing, she grew out just like I had topped it with two main branches.
