Weird leaves? Spots

Has anyone ever seen leaves like this? None of them look slightly normal. Also, whats causing all these spots? Its outdoors and its been really hot here a while (mid 90's). Could it be sun damage or some type of insect? Thanks

Looks like common fly's...... I get the same thing, when it's mites they are smaller, and many many more...
