Weird 'claw' type deal going on

My clones are over a month old, no yellowing leaves, and they look healthy.
However, some of the newest leaves have that claw type thing, curling down only at the tip.
On most peoples plants that get the claw or whatever its on most all the leaves and the entire leaf is curled.
For my plant it is only on the newest leaves, and the entire leaf looks fine except for the maybe last 1/5th of the leaf it hooks down.

Any ideas?

does anyone know what the claw is caused by?
its on two of my three clones
and looks to be spreading to more and more of the leaves

Ok I attached pictures of the two plants its happening on.
2/4 of my plants.
They are hindu kush x skunk #1
The other two plants it is not happening to are a bag seed and another unknown clone.

Can see the hooking that great in the pictures because I didn't take the pics specifically to show it off but you can see it for sure. Tips are green, the entire leaf is green, but this hooking has got me worried :-|

Any ideas?

I know I haven't been watering too often, but possibly too much at each watering if thats possible. Those pots I would guess are around 2 gallons and I water with a 20 oz. water bottle for each one.

With the nutes, I used 1/4 str and burned one real bad and the other two, the ones that are now curling weren't burned much at all. So this time mixing my nutes I used a slight bit less than 1/4 str and I guess its burning them?

So should I water down my 1/4 str mix even more? And how often and how much should I use and increase the nutes? Right now at about day 4 of flower
My water schedule goes nutes, plain water, molasses water, nutes, etc.

Are you checking your ph? I didn't understand how it worked til I almost killed all my plants with the ph up. I've found depending on the nutes I add I need to add any where from 2 drops ph down to 8 drops ph up in a gallon of water. The wrong ph will lock out nutes. I finally got it right and all my plants are pulling through. If you want to see nasty pic's of what can happen when you don't watch what your doing you can check out my thread...way to much ph up... good luck.....:peace:

Well these are the things im using at 1/4 str listed
boost 3tsp 3-0-2
grow 1 1/2tsp 1-3-6
thrive alive b1 red 1/2 tsp 1-1-1
magical 1/2 tsp 2-0-0
sugar daddy tsp 0-0-0

And I will be switching to the flowering nutes next watering as I was just using the last of my veg mixture.
Should 1/4 str be ok when I mix this next batch?
Anyway the blooming mixture will be this diluted however much, but this is full str
Boost 3tsp 3-0-2
Bloom 3tsp 1-4-7
Awesome blossoms 1/2tsp 2-11-11
Thrive alive b1 red 1-1-1
Magical 2-0-0
sugardaddy 0-0-0

So hows this look?
Could it be because I was still using the veg mixture when they had preflowers and at the beginning of flowering?

I dont PH it, but I only used distilled gallon jugs of water 7.0ph and my nutes are a ph of 6.08 for veg and 6.02 for bloom, so my ph is somewhere between that and 7 I suppose

Just for shits and giggles, next time your at the store pick up some ph strips and check your mixture after it's all mixed and see what you come up with, you may be supprised.....:peace:

i guess i dont know what im talking about? if you didnt see it the first, maybe you will the second time....

Over Nitrification
The following pictures show the ?claw?: indicative of over Nitrification. Some growers loadup their plants with Nitrogen prior to flowering. This will prepare them for the stretch to follow, and will increase bud production if induced a few weeks prior to blooming the plant.

trust me, the growfaq will be your best friend....im willing to bet you dont/didnt even look at the growfaqs

Actually I did read the faq and it said potassium deficiency, and I read that before I even made this thread.
So I dont know what, yeah its probably too much N, so should I switch to my bloom mix and that should fix it or what?

I have ph strips, but they didnt come with directions so I dont know how to measure.
Mix the soil up with some water and stick the strip in?

Leaf tip curl,Dark green leaves = it is probably NH+4 toxcicity To much nitrogen caused most likely by amonium nitrate, Just flush your res and feed just plain ph'd water at around 5.8 for hydro setups and 6.8 for soil. Use distilled water or RO water plain tap water can have flouride in it and also to much chlorine. Also I would scrub the rez clean before adding fresh water to rid the rez of any nute buildup on the walls.
