So, this plant is 30 days old today. It's been on a 12/12 for the last 7 days. Overall its been very healthy. Grown in a 2 gallon tub with FFOF soil. Also added about 2 tblspoons dolomite lime to the soil. No nutes added yet, just water. Was topped around day 10 and some LST to get a nice little bush. Growing under 3x42watt cfls (two 2700k and one 6500k).
Today I notice the very top of the plant has burn. It looks like the entire top node is affected. NEVER has it come in contact with the lights, so I know it's not that. I don't think it's heat burn either as it's not hot in there. I have a little fan blowing through. It's the perfect temp even right under the light.
I did water yesterday. Maybe somehow it's a patch of nutes locked in the soil that the roots just hit? I don't know. Does nute burn ever effect only the top section of a plant on the new growth?? There's nothing even remotely similar on any other part of the plant.
Please help me diagnose. This was minimal this morning, now 6hrs after I first saw it, it's definitely getting worse. Thanks-
