Weird Bug

Well it technically is on my outdoor jalapeno peppers, not my indoor cannabis, but still wanted some incite. This bug is on the main stem and if i try to flick it it quickly moves to the other side of the stem. It is also shooting out a clear liquid constantly. Before i kill it i was wondering if anyone knew what it was and if it is a pest.

im assuming all the liquid it is shooting has to be water its taking from the stem, so i figure it has to be bad.

super weird, i tried to kill it but it is super fast and then just disappeared, i think it may have flown away.

looks like a big-eyed bug. i'm pretty sure it's a predator. wish i had one to eat all the asshole bugs.

I've got those things all over also but I don't have a year bug damage so it must be beneficial. Fuckers are fast haha

Looks to me to be a cicada.

I'm with BnS, looks like a mother ship from planet meteeko...they appreciate peppers as they can only grow weed on their planet.

I have them all over my grape vines in my back yard, theyre fast as shit. Im not sure if theyre bad. Not on my indoor plants.
