there is also some kind of nutrient deficency or something im not sure what is it on picture 1 and 5 if u can see it at the top end of both big leaves, more so on picture 1 its more clearer!!...any idea's what i could do here,i havent started feeding any nutrients yet just ph'd water!! again id love some help and keep watching this space because ill be posting pics every few days!! :D grow on people!!!

man you have to love the cheese, she is top stuff! cheers for the interest and im happy you want to follow this thread..ok so my grow room,i bought everything together within a day or two, starting with my tent, its 4x4x6 ft,150mm cooltube,tt100 extractor fan,tt150 extractor fan, carbon sock,600w ballast that runs both MH/HPS, 1 MH 600w bulb,1 HPS 600w bulb, insulated ducting, standard ducting,nutrients,seeds,soil,pots,2 42w cfl's to place on my propagator for when they were seedlings,temp/hum reader,it all came in between 1300 and 1500 euro...the carbon sock if i bought alone would not of come with the fan,its the tt150 fan i have attatched to it...i hope all this little babies turn out to be female,im confident they will :) so tell me do you have something set up yourself? ill be updating again in a few days more pics,i like the jump they took from the pics when they are under the light one full week,to the pics of one week and three days, already im seeing yet more growth.brilliant :)

gotta admit they are looking nice and healthy,im very happy with them so far,the nodes are nice and tightly compacted together, ill post up pics of them so you lads can take a better look..they are between 4-5 inches in height so far...ok so its a good question!! i've been asking myself it since i began,do i or dont i top the plant? ok so first i've read a lot about growing,im getting mixed feedback, ive read its better not to top them because when u top the plant it makes two cola's instead of one,but the two colas will not give u any more than the single cola will give you,it will just be the same amount of bud but split in two...could u give me any advice on the subject please? also i was wondering should i tie my plants down so light gets deep into the lower buds and they all grow straight up,ive never done any of this before so im kinda afraid as i dont want to damage my babies, there is a lot riding on them being a successful crop,im hoping to get 2 oz plus per plant, what would u reccomend i di? cheers for all advice :)

You should yield plentiful with a 600w light, at least 12+ oz's in optimal conditions...your basically saying you don't want to top your plants, and me personally I wouldn't IMO! Only because of the recover time and etc. I would just lst them with some ties or bendable wire of some sort. I use aluminum wire on my plants from the local hardware store...does wonders for me...I have about 12-14 colas on my cheese plant...and about 9+ colas on my other 3 plants... Just my .02 cents

Cheers

cheers foe the info mate, its much appreciated!! 12 oz + would be nice for sure,i was looking to try and get around 15/16 oz,i know that is asking a lot this being my first time and what not,but this is why im wondering is it better to bend and train them to get maximum yield? could u give me a few tips on how to actually bend them correctly? as in where is the best placce to bend and how to hold it down etc etc? im going to have to transplant in to bigger pots, which is a nightmare for me,i was thinking that the pots i have would be fine but roots are already showing out the bottom of them! that would be most helpful and id be very very grateful for any help you can give ! cheers...im going to have to transplant in to bigger pots, which is a nightmare for me,i was thinking that the pots i have would be fine but roots are already showing out the bottom of them! again cheers for all you help :)
