Week 5 (Flowering stage) issues

Hello!
I am a first time grower, I have 2 plants and they both germinated at the same time. One is bubba kush while the other is white Widow.
I have been using hot soil since the start and didn't start fertilizing until the flowering stage. I have used an organic fertilizer (npk: 2.3-1.5-2.3) (ca 9%, mg 1.5%, S 0.8%, na 0.45%) with a bit of molasses once a week for the past 5 weeks. Right before switching to 12/12 I transplanted both plants into a 3 gallon pot, been watering them 2-3 times a week (until the pot feels quite light) with ph of between 6.2 to 6.8
Up until week 4 of flowering, the plants have been healthy and growing without any major issues.
Now is week 5 of flowering and I am having a few issues, any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

White Widow Issues:
the tip of some white pistils are turning brown as seen on the picture.
The tips of most leaves are turning brown as well as curled tips
yellowing and falling of leaves has been occuring more often this past week.


Bubba Kush
It seems to have similar issues to the white Widow except for the tips of most leaves are curling down much more.


I am new at growing and posting in forums as well.
I appreciate your understanding and help!

Hey There, at first I thought they looked a bit hungry due to the light green colours, possibly due to a lack of nitrogen, but the curling leaves in the Bubba Kush could indicate over watering. What sort of lights are you growing under and when you say you've been watering when the pots feel quite light how dry are they actually? How many inches down are dry before you water again? Cheers

I am using 180w led full spectrum.
Regarding watering, I usually check the top inch of the pot and through the bottom holes, as well as lifting the pots, I've been only watering when the soil feels dry on both ends and the pots feel quite light, which has been around every 3 days. Also it's been getting about half a gallon of water since week 2 of flower (3 gallon pots).

No problem, but it Might be a bit difficult for me to give you the advice you really need as I don't grow under LED unfortunately so I might miss seeing something that an LED grower would see. What make is your LED panel and what are the temps in your grow room? I only ask about your LED panel as I understand from the LED growers here that some of the cheaper brands say a wattage, but it's never actually that powerful. It does seem to me that you need more light in there, 150w doesn't seem like much to me, but could be wrong.

I am using a homemade panel;
4 x 30w cob led chips 3000k
2 x 30w cob led chips 6500k
The temps are around mid 80s when lights on and around 70 when lights off.
During flowering RH Is about 40 above the plants and 50 at soil level, while it rises by 10 when the lights are off. During their vegetative stage they were kept in a grow space with higher RH.

Hmmn, your environment seems to be ok, but think you could do with the opinion of someone who grows with Led as im unsure if 180w is enough or even if you're using the right led's. Sorry I can't really help ya out here, talk to me about Mh, Hps or Cfl and I'll get ya an answer, lol. Good luck mate

I'm new too - so my advice is to be taken with more than a few grains of salt.

Re-read your original post - "hot" soil - a bagged soil like FFOF or Happy Frog?
Asking because I noticed this:
3 gal. pots
You're feeding, but no mention of a top-dressing with more soil along the grow.

In 3g. pots, I would worry about soil depletion.

After weighing 3g vs. 5g pots I went with 5g fabric pots to have a bit more soil ("fuel") to get through flowering with.
Also, top dressed with an inch or so of soil 1 week before flip, and again with a bloom booster 4 weeks later to keep them healthy.
Works for me - YMMV.

Light: 6 Cobs, depending on spread and size of tent, IMHO it'll work --- but the answer is almost always more
If this is any indicator - I have 6 plants in a 4x4 under about 700w and another 150w going in tonight - 10" - 18" from canopy.
