Week 5 flower, all plants hermied

Im in the 5th week of flowering and found bananas on one of my plants, and what looks like seed pods forming on all of my plants(3 plants total). It seemed to just happen overnight. I picked off one of the bananas and a bit of pollen came out.

My question is, what would you do in a situation like this? Can i get bud or is just gonna grow seeds for the last 3 weeks? Id like to finish the grow and salvage it (make shatter) but from what ive read is that at this point the plant stops focusing on growing bud and only makes seeds. The buds are so sticky though and theres trichs all on the leaves. Never had this happen to me before, im only on my third grow.

Pick off the nanners and keep going. By the way if you get seeds flush them down the shitter.

Shit happens, bummer.
But, not all is lost. Still smokable or usable. May it not happen on your next grow.

Are you sure they hermied? Kind of just looks like a swollen calyx

Looks like a swollen calyx to me to.

Looks to me like a light leak or to long light on

Scale it back the To to 11 13

Don't freak out u can still smoke it

Thanks for replying guys, I dissected the swollen calyx, and no fully developed seeds, but it kind of looks like one is forming in there. You can pop em and a clear liquid comes out.
I don't see any bananas on the top budsites, they are just forming on lower branches of one plant, but I'm gonna take em all off and keep rollin with this grow.

My lights are always 12/12 but they did stay on an extra 20-30 minutes the other day. I keep my tent closed inside a closet with the door closed. It's completely dark, but a little light does come through the door cracks and maybe gets into the passive intake holes on my tent. It did get up to 84F for a about an hour the other day but temps have been 76-82.

I grew this strain my previous grow and used seeds I found in the bud to grow these. That plant didn't hermie though and there wasn't any bananas. I figured it got pollenated by a couple of males I had before got the chance to toss em

Take the nanners off and spray them with a little water so to make the pollen non-active. immediately put the banners into a glass of water...if you squeezed the calyxes and only liquid came you you are fine. Question- Are your pistols(hairs) dying quickly and retracting back into the swollen calyxes? Some strains seem to Nanna but their pollen doesn't work. I did Super Skunk and it did this every time, not one seed. But all the same I discontinued the strain as I didnt want to risk it...You are so far along now that I would go into damage control.

Hey thanks for the tip, im waiting for my lights turn on in a couple hours so i can pick more bananas. I did notice some pistols turning orange, and thought it seemed kind of early for them to do that(first noticed at start of week 5) but they look healthy and aren't retracting.

My last plant had the orange hairs too(ima post the pic). I really loved growing this strain up until finding the bananas. Around week 3 they start smelling just like cantaloupes.

I had some a couple fo bannanas on a RQS Ice last grow. There was no pollen in them so I didn't worry about them.

If theres no young green seed then id be continuing with the grow.

A tiny light leak will cause hermies, happened to me once from the side of the door having a tiny light leak in the frame.

I got seeds that were all females though and none of those hermied when grown out.

^ that was my first thought too, you need to go into your grow area when it's completely dark and stand there for a few minutes in the dark, and you'll likely find it/them

So the moon and the stars and the full moon and goddamn lightning doesn't cause hermies outdoor but a tiny pin hole does?

ya no way think about a full moon I can c shadows at full moon

..and lightning and street lights and headlights etc. but the other option is either he's doing something else to stress them or he got a batch of Hermes from the breeder? I suppose it could be any of the above or maybe even a combination ?

Reason I thought of light leak right away cuz I had a 3rd (or 4th) generation all of a sudden come up w runny buds in a corner where I found some light leaks recently, so I'm not sure til the one that's in there now finishes I guess ?

Ive been growing for 25 yrs, never a problem with hermys or seeds, stuck with the same strains for years,,,,,,18 months again bought all new seeds from, DNA, DINA FEM, HUMBOLDT etc..... and I don't know which 1 but some had hermys I got rid off,,,,but still my whole crop seeded out , took the loss turned it into oil,,,,,,,,,,,so instead of buying more seeds I used seeds from the crop that seeded out ,( took a chance) cause we grew them out side last summer, got a few seeds but not a lot,,,,ive talked to big time growers in B.C. all over Canada and were all convinced that all these seed companys are selling the big producers the good seeds and selling all the crap feminized seeds on the market,,,,,,,i say this cause I bought some nice medicine from the local dispensary, which gets all there product from big producers in B.C.....I broke up a bud and a seed fell out, I germinated it ,its a pink kush female strong stable strain with no hermy issues at all.......So my point is out of 5 different companys , 1 of them produced hermys in my room, I don't know which 1 but it released pollen, then seeded out .my room.........but i have 1 pink kush in my room, no issues no seeds, and that seed i found in the weed I bought from the dispensary, that came from a big producer in BC that is gettn good seeds obviosuly,,,,,,my room is perfect 3x 1000 gavitas in a 10x10 room 78 degrees 40% humidty.....so AGAIN....ill never grow fem seeds again, there all shit all the big procerstold me " we all use normal seeds and determine the female,that way you have a a strong stable female strain,,,,,,,,well never use feminized seeds again " tells you something right there

and the same thing happened to me me 2x now, around the 5th week seeds start, my room is pitch black I stood in there for 20 min,,cant see a thing,so conditions are great, I swear it just takes 1 of those little asshole herrmy flowers to release pollen then your room and plants are screwed, the plants are amazing though so sticky , but can see seeds starting,,,,,again ill never grow fem seeds again there crap

I was try this method 8 yrs ago ,even regular seeds can develop hermies but i think the strain is pretty works( you could check out my journal).
Kush strain mostly like to grown their self anywhere and it won’t wanna cut their starin life

all I know is I have 16 plants in my room 15 are seeing traits of seed, but the 1 pink kush has no traits at all,,,,,,,,,,yes you can get hermys in reg seeds I guess, but I think its the genetics in the strain, they ruined most strains now from x breeding so much, all I buy now is regular seeds, see what happens with them, people say its gotta be your room and light leaks,,,,,,,,,,,,,rue but my basement is blas when lights og out, spent time in the dark down there looking for light leaks and nothing

Somethings shows after it was happened to me because all of my 18 plants getting hermies at the same time
Heat Stress
And i guess by my experience1- Hot water 2-early light flushing (i mean weekly poor flush )
