thanks! and hopefully by next week ill have some, but itll probably be another couple weeks before i have everything. i ended up getting a bunch of stuff so i can do a dwc grow too. but now im broke

they were here for a couple hours today and another company is coming on friday so im setting it all back up tonight and tearing it all back down tomorrow :/

i think my afghani kush is growing balls... ill keep an eye on it.
sweet tooth kush already has hairs so i know shes a girl. but ive been waiting for the afghani to show and now i see possible little pollen sacks coming in

my girls sprouted what i thought for a day or so could be balls.... but it was tiny leaves sprouting ....
here's what i saw first
it now looks like this
worried me enough to start wondering what i'd done to create 3 males/herms from fem seeds LOL .... am now pleased as punch with my three girls

im in the same boat as you bud. just kinda picking things up as i can afford them. one thing i can tell you is not to start flowering until you have nutrients available. once they start to flower they REALLY want their food. i made that mistake and about a week into flower ive JUST started feeding and im hoping my girl bounces back from her nute deficiency.thanks for the input on the lights guys, money is tight right now, but im working on it!

sorry for the delay guys, they are both doing pretty well right now. still waiting on some parts of the new set up. tent should be here on wednesday though!

Killer, what's the smell like? (You're in flower now, right?)
That's my big worry -- the smell. I'm gonna get a carbon scrubber, but I'm still apprehensive because I hear the smell can permeate the whole house, and even if you have a scrubber, the smell can waft out during maintenance. (watering, etc.) What are you experiencing?

yes i am in flower, but right now the smell is pretty minimal. i'm not kidding anyone though, if you plan on growing you should get a good quality carbon scrubber if smell is an issue for you.
i have a buddy who is growing the same stuff as me in the 2nd story of his house, he started them outdoor and brought them indoor for the last few months. you can now smell them if you're standing outside of his house at ground level, you can imagine the smell inside. he didn't have a tent or carbon scrubber though.
the smell of my plants is just noticeable when you walk into my room, i have air fresheners now and a 4x4x6.6' tent coming on wednesday with a Phresh Filter carbon filter. this is what ill finish out the grow with.
