Week 3 Of Flowering

I am about three weeks into flowering also but mine do not look as filled out as most....what should i do?

I am currently using 4 26W 6000K CFLs and 1 70w HPS. I have two variable speed PC fans that are installed at the top for exhaust and two PC fans moving the air around the plant. The box is 25wX16DX36H. Here is a picture of my setup.

Different strains will produce fast some will produce slowly. Ex: A sativa dominant plant will take longer then a indica dom. There could be nothing that you can do but watch and wait. I would just make sure the lights are as close to the plant as you can get them without burning it. I am new to this world of growing, so I am afraid I cant be too much help. I do not want to give the wrong advice.

I dont know yet how they taste but the smell is completly different than any budd I have smoked before. The smell is getting richer and stronger by they day. It makes my mouth water.:mrgreen:
