Week 1 Seedlings

So today is the mark of a full week since I've planted from germination. They germinated great, nice long half in root (left them in the water over the weekend, about 3 days). Planted them last Monday, and today they are looking great, I think. This is my first grow, but from what I've been reading, I hear it can sometimes take a week for a seed to germinate and even sprout. I think they look great, I must have gotten lucky and got a good strain from bagseed. One died on me unfortunatley . But the other 5 are looking great, and one in the far right corner, is looking bigger and greener than the others. She was the last one to sprout, almost 24hrs after all the others. I'm only going to have room for 1, maybe 2 to flower at a time, so I'm thinking she's going to be my first choice, if she continues to grow the way she is. Do big leafs mean big buds? I'd think so because they can soak up more light. Anyway, I'm rambling on, but this is my first grow, and I'm absolutely fascinated, and thinking of becoming a botanist. Here are some pictures, you guys let me know what you think... Btw, just 46w cfl bulbs, a space heater, and a fan to regulate temp/humidity. I'm working on building a reflective dome asap.

Nice dude - they all look healthy, perky and like they're eager to grow! Nice bunch of seedlings - just a shame u say u can't keep all of them.

Though, of the littlest consolation, if they from bagseed then a couple will likely be male, so u at least will feel abit less gutted throwing them away. And sex will probably determine which one(s) u keep anyway, so hopefully it'll be the strongest one. Tho as i say, they all look good & could be strong potential.

Yeah, I've been happy with them so far. Been giving them the utmost attention with the small amount of resources I have. And yeah, you're right I'm probably going to end up with a few males, let's just hope I get more females. What I really want to do is keep 2 vegging while I flower one in about a month just to get some bud. And preferably put one or two outside once it warms up here. Just gave them a soaking because they were looking really dry and dusty on the top. After I water them I like to turn my space heater and fan on to help give them a little simulated environment.

Nice!! I will keep checking in. I'm loving this so much, can't figure out why I haven't been doing it my whole life!!

Hey dude check out my first grow. I'm currently in my 4th week, only 4 plants are where they should be.
I over fertlized and they all started to die/burn at 2.5 weeks and it stunted growth, but if you are curious check out my pics

Hey yeah I read your post actually before I started mine lol. It's been going pretty good. I'm going to start a journal and document everything just for fun. I will send you the link once I get it started.
