Week 1 1/2 of flowering.. what to do now,how am I?

Hey growers!!! me again here's how I'm looking now. The smaller ones were transplanted two days ago from gal into 10s-15s.. week one of flower... Any comments or help is greatly appreciated!!!

Tallest is lithium og, second biggest is Strawberry nesquick... the others 007, Mac n cheese, pink runts, bbmuffin, and Tiki Rain
