What are you guys/gals/pals doing about the unwanted weeds that just come rocketing up from the your beds and pots? How are you identifying them from your cover crops and do you mulch them, remove them, compost them? just wondering what you guys do when you see this.

Cover with a thick enough layer of mulch (4-6 inches) and weeds won't be a problem anymore, as they'll struggle to grow through the mulch just coming out of seed. I usually try to toss weeds in the compost pile, as opposed to back on top of the soil, as I don't want more seeds popping up.
