Sounds like a normal day waiting for the ferry on this island. Always a joint or two being passed around. BC Ferries brought in a no smoking/vaping policy on 'their' property, so it's an ongoing 'protest' lol.

Neither one. And you can tell 'em whatever you want. It's considered normal behavior here, so it's easier for them to ignore it than try to stop it.

Maybe I misunderstood your question. The smoking/vaping ban is a BC Ferries rule. Currently the most they can do is kick you off the property.
