Weed plant started showing signs of hairs then the days got longer here in California

We passed our showing hairs and then the days are longer here in California starting May and now it's showing hairs kind of like nugs forming but there's like this leave with one end only kind of curling what does this mean I'll get pictures soon as my phone charges

At this time of year the plants shouldn't start to flower outside. Post pics when you can.

This sounds like your plant started to flower and now has reverted to veg. eventually it will start growing normal 3-5-7-9 leafs again.

More like June 21 is when nights begin to be shorter than days.
