Hello I have a fan oscillating on low on all of my plants. It’s only that plant that seems to be affected , it is also the smallest in the tent. I have the lights at 20-22 inches from tallest plant

What is all over those leaves? white dots. never mind the flush
There shouldn’t be? I use a moisture meter in the soil before watering, how could I tell?

I thought it was mildew, but it’s not, the leaves are curling and drying out giving it that affects

....and spraying the leaves with what and how often? Drowning a plant can do this as well.

they don’t appear to have white dots, they just look very defined and dry. The other plants look very healthy
