weak stems... but tall

My clones are like 1ft tall and very skinny n weak.. compaired to my bag seeds atleast.. did some lst on em. Tied em town to let all the tops start shootin up... I need to flower soon cuz they gettin to lenthy.. they are under 4 40watt tubes... 6800ks.. will be flowerd with over 1000watts of light.. but main question is besides my fans blowin em around any way to make em tuffer? Or its just the strain...(kandy kush)??

use the fan and make sre lights are within inches of your plant when using flouro's they could be streching for the light.

Yup a fan is great and when you lst them it strengthens the stem as well... If super cropping is an option , you should maybe look into that.. Good Luck!

Anyone will tell you, your lights are probably to far away from the plants and there is no wind trying to push them around hence keeping them weak.

Read is the definition of stretching. More light will make them tougher.

Lmao.. thx for the input guys.. and yeh these are my only tubes I use to veg.. my flower closent is filled with over 1000watts of hps n cfls... light is mby a foot above... I am at work for 2 more hours ill post a pic then.. an they are tied vert.. illupdate with pics asap.. sounds like we allrdy got a answer... I did just give defintion of stretching haha
