Weak, Attitude... weak

I recently ordered a Big Buddha Blue Cheese seed from the Attitude, and it came with a freebie La Woman, both feminized -but- when i got it a little over 2 weeks later the blue cheese was crushed, inside a dvd case wrapped in a shirt!
Now to get a refund I have to mail them back the DVD case and broken seed, to the business, which I think is sketchy.
Anyone else find this sketchy? I was just thinkin of sayin fuck it growin the LA Woman and buyin from speedyseedz or nirvana

Yea its pretty standard for a company to want the damaged merchandise back, how else do they know its damaged.

standard but sad that you had to pay 2 bucks plus the extra 17 just to recieve broken items. I mean shit if others feel comfortble ordering through a company that feels they need to make a profit off of shipping charges than go for it. It would have cost me 8 dollars to send them the same envelope i recieved and paid 20 dollars to have sent to me. A big thumbs down on shipping quality with attitude other than that its a nice site. Good freebie offers and an even better variety of seeds. I just dont trust their shipping, so why spend a couple hundred bucks plus more on shipping to receive a t shirt or some other cheesy thing.

yea i mean i realize its standard, (even though i took pics of it i could show them instead) but whats lame is just that i feel like its sketchy mailing it back to the company name - when they send it to you it doesnt say who its from

I recently made an order with Serious seeds & experienced lousy germ rate. I sent an e-mail, they apologized & promptly gave me a 100 euro credit.
I'll go back to them.

They are just to belive you and that is it.

They would not be in biz long doing it that way.

Attitude is a + 10 orders now and not 1 problem.

I don't think $20 is too outrageous for "Shipping & Handling"

Figure the $8 or so bucks to ship it, plus:

- The cost of the dvd case
- The shirt
(these are things to help ensure the stealth of your order - pretty important in my book)

Also
- Cost of envelope/labels
- They probibly have to pay someone to package/wrap it all up.
- Possibly pay someone to bring to their local mail/package pickup center (employee/gas/etc).

I can't help but think if someone contacted any company and needed them to ship out their product, buuuuut hold the phone, disguise it to make it look like something else entirely, due to it's being quite illegal to receive said product in your particular country.
There is definitely going to be some added charges to live with. lol

Could you imagine how great it would be if/when all of our politicians get their heads out of each others oily assholes, change the laws, and we can all buy seeds/clones at our local dispensaries or whatever.

All you have to do is take a picture of the broken package and email it to rachael and she will resend something i have done this also

I just never understood the people that complain about either seeds being shipped or the price they pay. First of all its illegal, how do you complain about something that isnt even legal to do??? Second i dont understand complaining about the price, weed cost a lot more than seeds and 1 seed could provide you with enough weed for the rest of your life.
