Strain: Northern Lights
lighting: CFL (compact fluorescents)
Medium: Coco and perlite (75% coco 25% perlite)
nutrients: Fox farms nutrients (Grow big, big bloom, and tiger bloom) and calImagIC (for added calcium + magnesium)
Ok guys im in flower! Im gonna do a bunch of updating in this thread with photos from the beginning
Germination:
On the third attempt i got it! The first two died due to damping off
I used the Wet paper towel method then into coco starter cube which i then put in this little tray thing i got from walmart...it has a cheap clear plastic cover that goes over it too.
Day 1
6/24 thru 6/26
And Into the first pot (very small)
6/29-7/02
She grew a bit and i upsized the pot again. You can see her roots were super thick! You can see this is where i started developing nute and or ph issues...
7/03 thru 7/04
I fought what seemed like an endless battle with the spotting issue but she continued to grow probably due to the strong root system she has.
7/04 thru 7/11
between being Back and forth trying to get her healthy, she kept growing, so i had to add a couple more cfls!
7/11 thru 7/18
Upsized the pot one more time and she EXPLODED growing over an inch a day. when i did this i changed the coco out for fresh new stuff and she stopped showing any signs of being unhappy. VERY GLAD I DID THAT!
7/19 thru 7/25
She is getting big time to switch her to 12/12... flower mode ENGAGED!!!
7/25 thru 8/01
As you can see my lighting setup was a bit janky to say the least. I went to lowes and gathered some stuff to remedy the situation and came up with this! I AM SUPER HAPPY WITH THE WAY IT TURNED OUT
8/03
To date this is how she looks. I hope everything stays smooth sailing... only time will tell!
8/04 thru ...
WILL UPDATE SOON! PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COMMENT
