ways to raise grow tray

hey there everyone

Getting ready to flower in my new room with 1 1000 HPS in a raptor hood. The layout of the room and ventilation prevent me from being able to raise and lower the light hood. The light as about 6'3 off the ground (just high enough for me to walk under without smashing my head) Again, the hood and ventilation system are attached and are not raise-able/lowerable.

My babies will be growing in a 4x4 black tray and my question for all the MacGyver types here is how would you make it so that the tray can be raised and lowered?

cinder blocks on each corner? This way as the grow you can take a block out each time to lower your tray?

I use whatever I can find layin round lol

Cut up some sheets of 2" Styrofoam and stack them underneath. you can add or remove as you need.
