What would be a suggested amount of actual watts for my box? Will be flowering in it amd the size is 1.5'w X 3'l X 3'h? Thanks

Wow, that's a short space. Planning to keep the plants pretty low, I assume? I'd say 120-150 watts, but on a dimmer. Look at QB120s or QB132s. Two of the first would give you 120w, two of the latter would give you 150w.

Yeah its just a small personal stash supply dont need much. Ill be lst and running 12/12 from seed probably. And it will be a stealth armiore. Ive only done cfl grow before and wanna move into an led system. Just didnt know how much i would need. Want plenty of light but dont wanna fry them either.

i ran two 150 hps lights in a similar space. bare bulbs, two rez's and scrogging.
put each rez on a pullout drawer platform for easier scrog maintenance
