So I got my small guys in a big pot because there autos. I have trouble watering the regular way, I was wandering if misting the soil mabe 2x a day will keep them fed and prevent root rot?

I have one.. I only use it when I'm not adding in base nutes. Granulates can get stuck and never make it thru the sprayer.

I've been trying to get my plants thru transplant shock went from 1-gallon pots to 7-gallon pots, not even a full gallon. but I've been giving them a foliar spray three to four times a week. They're getting thru the stress it's just taking a while. I've been mainly giving them a mag foliar and a simple 5-5-5 very nice balance for a foliar IMO. I try to stay under 500 ppm for the spray.

Ya, im using 2.5 gallon pots, but i have a tendency of loving my babies to much and over watering. Switching to a small spray bottle for my little couple day old seedling to try that out.

Changing the tool with which you use to water isn't going to prevent you from over watering. You can still over water with a spray bottle. Over watering isn't how much water you give a plant at once, it's constantly giving it more water without letting the plant dry.

Basically you're just going to have to learn to leave the plant alone.

Need more aeration in the soil. Hard to over water with good drainage.
