Is watering every five days not good through flowering in a 5 gal. pot? My leaves went claw mode on me after I watered today I've been in flowering for 10 days and I've watered twice since then. One time Sunday and today.

I've continued watering during flower it's the only way to get nutes to it I know of...

I did cut it down to about once every 5 days or as it seems it's needed.
If you don't water at all the plant is going to die from the drought unless you have a soil medium that is just holding an insane amount of moisture...

I've got a pretty crazy soil medium the very bottom is very sandy to drain then the middle was a heavy mix of perlite sand and lots of soil and feed, then the top layer is all soil in all the pot is 14 inches tall so every 4 inches the environment changes, my plants have always been vigorous and happy since they have lived in these pots with these soils, today is the first time they ever looked bad with a claw leaf. I did use a helping of molasses in my water and water with a whole liter maybe I did swamp them out too much.

well assuming your heat is under control and they aren't just bending from a combination of moisture and heat, maybe you should let them dry for a bit.
The good thing about under watering is they will perk right back up when you do water. Over watering can lead to more long term damage though.

All my figures are good for flowering ever since I started running the AC to suck humidity out the air the pot dries much faster hopefully they will perk up after tonight.
