Watering seeds

Seeds have germinated nicely and are now in small pots...should i give em water strait away??

I just gave em plain water...not a lot.first day in soil. How many days til I should see something coming up...??

Should I have a dome as well???

yeah moist soil

moist not wet . i do the same germinate then drop in soil it take 2-3 days from when they hit dirt to pop through
