Watering Jugs - Any good diy attachments to get some length?

Hmm, and how much longer will these keep the soil damp and the pH lower?

Seriously, just wondering?
It IS possible it would be problematic. Someday I will give them a try. The sprayer is great for a nice even, slow, watering. Too slow though at times which is why I switched to the can. Exposing roots is a problem with both that the crater would not have and it looks to hold about a 1/2 gallon so I also wonder how slow they would be to drain.

I use ac drip catches as flood trays, they are white and pretty cheap. Just flod them and let nature do the rest. I had a funnel with a hose attached to it to hit the back ones I couldn't reach.. But again I'm just flooding

I feel like a bit of a tool DR who, Thank you for the links. Ive seen those watering cans with the white heads on them, did not even cross my mind to think to try and spin the white head off, I assumed they would be bonded/glued/blow moulded as one piece etc

I have to admit, those are interesting.
