Watering Issues

hmm... at this point i think the fact that they arn't getting worse it good. sick plants have a way of exploding with growth after the problem is solved so keep trying. odd issue... it looks like nitro lockout to me but cant know for sure cos those soil ph testers suuuck. mixing in dolomite lime to the first few inches of soil could work wonders for correcting odd ph.
after the flush your roots might be kind of asphyxiated. give them a quarter cup of hydrogen peroxide with your next water.
hmm...

Don't worry about ph? Come on now, I know quality nutes are very important and I'm sure that is most of the problem, but for maximum yield and good quality you want to make sure your ph is close or else you will have certain minerals getting locked, been there done that.
This is not the advanced growing section or the tell me some usless shit so I can fuck up my plants section, this is newbie-central.

To the OP ignore any mention of PH, you're in soil and you don't need to worrry about PH. I can not tell you how many people I have seen fuck up their soil grow trying to adjust the PH.

Just get them some N and back off the watering a bit.

They look good, keep up the great work.

Thanks everyone. Does anyone think they were just root bound? And its only been a couple days since transplant, so maybe they will slowly start getting better... Any thoughts?

This actually explains alot. Your plants don't look over watered, but in the smaller pots you were prob watering them correctly.

Water when the pots feel light but never let the leafs wilt.

Get them some N

Root bound won't cause that, it's good to have bigger pots but not necessary. And next time add some dolomite lime to your soil if your worried about your ph but I can tell you that's not your problem. Your just lacking nitrogen

Don't overdue the N tho, too much and you will burn them... It's a thin line between love and hate lol
